摘要
文中分析了裂解炉对流段炉管泄漏原因,结合炉管内壁腐蚀微观形貌和腐蚀产物成分检测结果,确认炉管腐蚀为水汽造成的电化学腐蚀和氧化腐蚀,并采取相应措施,确保设备稳定运行避免了安全隐患。
This paper analyzed the cause for leakage of convection tube of cracking furnace. Based on the microstructure of furnace tube internal wall corrosion and the component detection result of corrosion products, it was confirmed that the furnace tube corrosion is the electrochemical corrosion and oxidation corrosion caused by moisture. Relevant measures were taken, stable operation of equipment is ensured and potential safety hazard is avoided.
