循环气压缩机的密封结构为机械密封+浮环密封结构,密封介质泄漏后润滑油油气与反应气体混合气体进入反应循环系统中,影响了催化剂的活性。文中对干气密封选型、计算后进行改造,改造后的干气密封优点突出、满足生产需要。

The seal structure of the recycle gas compressor in LLDPE Plant is mechanical seal plus float ring structure. After sealing medium leakage, lubricant oil gas can react with the mixed gas of reaction gases that enter into reaction cycle system, which affects the activity of catalyst. Modification was made after model selection and calculation was made to the dry gas seal is made. The dry gas seal after modification has outstanding advantage and can meet production requirement.
