This paper expounded the composition and work structure of the carding area of SC-420 type gill box, summarized the operation control method of carding and drawing. Through the system adjustment and constant optimization, the quality of acrylic fiber top evenness can be improved, and the generation probability of neps and scales of acrylic fiber top can be reduced.
