This paper expounded the process of preventive trial of power transformer winding, and made analytical judgment to the cause for unbalance of winding. The measurement of transformer winding direct current resistance is the main item of leaving factory, overhaul and preventive trial of transformer, and plays a key role in ensuring safe operation of transformer.
