福建省海上风电场建设对渔业生产的影响及对策

Discussion on the influence of offshore wind farm construction on fishery production and the countermeasures in Fujian Province

通过总结福建省海上风电场发展概况,分析海上风电场建设对海水养殖、海上渔场和渔港运营的影响,提出生态补偿和渔业资源修复等应对措施,减轻对渔业生产活动的影响,为我省海上风电场建设提供理论依据,也为各级海洋管理部门在用海审批时提供参考。

Through summarizing the overview of offshore wind farm development in Fujian Province, we analyze the impact of offshore wind farm construction on mariculture, marine fisheries and fishing operations, furthermore, the ecological compensation and restoration for fishery resources are proposed to mitigate the impact of offshore wind farm on fisheries production activities. It also can provide a theoretical basis for the offshore wind farm construction and help provide reference points in management approval for marine management department reference.
