摘要
为满足在月东人工岛B岛狭小空间内进行丛式钻井作业,以及钻机在作业和移动时对安装在井槽内抽油机的无障碍安装及避让要求,研制了ZJ50/3150DB高钻台移动式人工岛钻机。该钻机主机模块和固控模块中振动筛罐安装在各自的滑轨上,采用液缸推动实现井间移位,其他模块设备固定在原位,通过管线排与主机区连接。创新设计了大跨距高钻台轨道滑移结构的底座,内部空间可满足钻机井口防喷器和11.0m高链条式抽油机安装要求。钻机采用了钻井液回流装置技术,实现了主机与振动筛罐分步滑移下的无缝衔接。现场应用结果表明:钻机的各项性能均符合设计指标,满足人工岛气田边钻边采和批量钻井的需求。所得结论对海洋及人工岛的开发具有重要意义。
In order to carry out cluster drilling operation in the narrow space of Yuedong Artificial Island B and make drilling rig operation and movement meet the requirements of trouble-free installation and avoidance for the pumping unit installed in the well slot, the ZJ50/3150DB moveable high-floor artificial island rig is developed.The mainframe module and the shale shaker tank are mounted on their respective sliding rails and driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move between wells.Other module equipment is fixed in situ and connected to the mainframe area via the pipeline bundle.The base of large-span high-floor rail sliding structure is designed innovatively to provide the internal space according to installation requirements of wellhead blowout preventer and 11.0 m high chain link type pumping unit.The drilling rig adopts drilling fluid backflow device technology to achieve seamless convergence between the mainframe and the shale shaker tank under step-by-step sliding.Field application results show that, all performance indicators of the drilling rig can reach design target, meet the requirements of the artificial island gas filed for production while drilling and batch drilling, and reach the advanced level of domestic similar products.The conclusion is of great significance for development of offshore oil and gas resources.
