New Testing Technology for Single-pipe Layered Polymer Injection in Offshore Oilfield Polymer Injection Well

摘要 针对分层注聚工艺存在的聚合物黏度损失率高、驱油效果差及作业成本高等问题,开发了海上油田注聚井单管分层注聚测调新技术,设计了注聚测调工作筒、井下测调仪器及地面控制器等配套工具。注聚测调工作筒的桥式通道可使分层注聚工具上、下压力平衡,方便电缆作业,减小测试误差;井下测调仪器及地面控制器可对地层温度、流量和压力进行实时监测,提高测调效率和测试资料准确度。现场试验结果表明:新技术管柱供电稳定、信号传输通畅、参数测量准确、水嘴开度调节精度高,井下测调仪器工作性能可靠,各项性能指标均达到了预期目标,注聚测调工作筒的保黏率达到86%以上。该技术具有较高的应用推广价值。 In order to address high polymer viscosity loss rate, poor flooding effect, high operation cost and other problems in layered polymer injection, a new testing technology for single-pipe layered polymer injection in offshore oilfield polymer injection well is developed, and matching tools such as polymer injection testing barrel, downhole tester and ground controllers are designed. Bridge-type channel of the polymer injection testing barrel can balance the upper and the lower pressure of layered polymer injection tool, facilitate cable operation and reduce test errors. The downhole tester and ground controller can monitor formation temperature, flow rate and pressure in real time to improve testing efficiency and test data accuracy. Field test results show that, the pipe string has stable power supply, smooth signal transmission, accurate parameter measurement and high adjustment precision of nozzle opening; the downhole tester has reliable working performance and can reach expected performance indictors; the polymer injection testing barrel realizes the viscosity retention rate of over 86%. Therefore, the new testing technology for single-pipe layered polymer injection has the higher value for application and popularization in offshore oilfield polymer injection.
