新疆文化治理实现的文化交流路径--以兵团为例

On Cultural Communication Route to Realization of Cultural Administration in Xinjiang—— A Case of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

兵团推动文化交流是基于新疆特殊区情与兵团特殊优势相适应的"文化戍边"的基本形式,其重点在于推动兵团与地方之间的文化交流,实质则是促进中华文化传播,促进社会主义文化建设。发挥推动文化交流的作用,需要兵团在改善总体发展状况与巩固相对优势的基础上,巩固自身文化的特殊优势、基础优势,以兵团与地方融合为途径扩大、深化文化交流。

The communication among all the ethnic and all kinds of cultures in Xinjiang is an important factor to influence the realization of regional cultural administration. The paper states that the promotion of cultural communication in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps （ XPCC） is based on the special form of “cultural garrisoning frontiers” whose focus is in the promotion of corps-locality cultural communication and the spreading of Chinese culture. The author contends that the important role that XPCC plays is to make use of its special advantages to intensify the corps-locality cultural communication.
