摘要
随着新疆高职院校的发展和规模的增大,有关人才培养质量的提高和人才培养质量评价体系的构建问题,成为我区各高等职业院校面临的重要问题。当前,新疆高职院校在人才质量评价中存在的主要问题表现在:人才培养评价主体的单一性、评价标准的不够合理性、评价方式的不够规范性等方面。文章在问卷调查和数理统计的基础上,运用基于层次分析法(AHP)的模糊综合评价模型,形成较为科学、规范的评估系统,对新疆高等职业院校人才培养质量提供了一个比较客观、公正的评价。
The paper contends that there exist some problems in the talent fostering evaluation in vocationalcolleges in Xinjiang--- the singleness of evaluation subject, the irreasonability of evaluation criteria, and thenon-specification of evaluation mode. The author, based on the questionnaire and statistics, applies AHP fuzzy appraisal model to make a standard assessment system, aiming to provide a scientific evaluation criteria for the evaluation of talent fostering quality in vocational colleges of Xinjiang.
