摘要
为了提高教育质量,许多职业学院建立了校内生产性实训基地,希望能够优质地实施生产性实训课程。人才培养模式对生产性实训课程有非常大的影响,尤其是细化到对生产性实训课程的目标设置、时间设置、内容设置等方面。职业院校应进一步转变观念,重视生产性实训课程的开发,重视生产性实训课程的教学,并有目的地从多个角度来促进教师实践能力的提高。
The paper states that the talent fostering mode has a great influence on the productive training courses, especially on the objective setting, time setting and content setting of the courses. The author holds that vocational colleges will have to change their educational ideas, put emphasis on the exploration of the productive practice courses, attach importance to the teaching of productive training courses and exert efforts to promote teachers5 practice ability.
