健康教育在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Health Education in the Nursing of Jaundice of Newborns

目的研究健康教育应用于黄疸新生儿护理中的护理效果。方法选取84例黄疸新生儿作为研究对象,收治时间为2015年2月—2016年5月,将其分为对照组和观察组两组,方法随机,每组42例。对照组患儿实施常规黄疸护理,针对观察组患儿家属加强健康教育的实施。观察两组黄疸新生儿黄疸持续、消退的时间以及家属对疾病相关知识掌握情况。结果研究结果显示,观察组黄疸新生儿的黄疸持续和消退时间(4.21±0.87)d、(7.28±2.07)d,均要较对照组患儿更短(P<0.05);在疾病知识掌握情况方面,观察组患儿家属的得分较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿黄疸护理中,加强健康教育护理能够明显提高家属对疾病的了解程度,促使家属积极主动配合治疗及护理,促使黄疸新生儿尽早康复,预后效果较好,值得广泛使用。

Objective To research the effect of health education in the nursing of jaundice of newborns. Methods 84 cases of newborns with jaundice admitted and treated from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine jaundice nursing, the family of the observation group enhanced the health education, and the duration time and elimination time of the two groups and their family’s mastery degree of disease related knowledge were observed. Results The research result showed that the du-ration time and elimination time of the newborns with jaundice were respectively （4.21±0.87） d and （7.28±2.07） d, which were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, the score of the mastery of disease knowledge of the family in the ob-servation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing of jaundice of newborns, en-hancing the health education can obviously improve the mastery degree of patient’s family, promote the family actively to cooperate with treatment and nursing, and promote the newborns with jaundice to recover as soon as possible, and the prog-nosis effect is better, which is worth wide application.
