摘要
目的分析神经内科中不同带教模式的应用价值。方法选取2014—2015年到该院神经内科进行实习的护士100名作为具体的研究对象,分为对照组和研究组各50名,分别给予常规性带教方法以及优质护理服务带教方法 ,进行为期3个月的实习和考核,对两组护士的表现结果进行分析和对比。结果给予两种不同的带教方法后,研究组患者的护理满意率明显要高于对照组的护理满意率(P<0.05)。研究组在理论知识、沟通技巧、技术操作方面等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论对神经内科护士采用优质护理的带教方法,带教效果明显,患者对其满意度高,值得推行运用。
Objective To analyze the application value of different teaching models in the department of neurology. Meth-ods 100 cases of practice nurses in the department of neurology in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the re-search objects, and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine teaching method, the research group adopted the excellent nursing service teaching method, and the practice and examination were three months, and the performance results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After teaching, the nursing sat-isfactory rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05; the theoretical knowledge, communication skill and technical operation in the research group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of the excellent nursing teaching method for nurses in the department of neurology is obvious with high patient’s satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion and application.
