摘要
目的探讨延边某高校临床医学本科生一般自我效能与自我导向学习的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,对217名大学三年级临床医学本科生进行问卷调查。结果该次调查显示临床医学本科生一般自我效能:临床医学本科生一般自我效能总分(25.28±5.30)分,低于国际成人一般自我效能常模(29.46±5.33),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床医学本科生一般自我效能与自我导向学习调查:效率学习、喜爱学习、主动学习、独立学习、创造学习、学习动机等变量进行统计分析,仅仅独立学习指标差异P=0.520>0.05,而其余差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过提高临床医学本科生一般自我效能,从而提高自我导向学习能力,为培养学生终身学习能力奠定基础。
Objective To explore the correlation between general self efficacy and self directed learning of clinical medical undergraduates in a certain university in Yanbian. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 217 clinical medical undergraduates in the third year of the University by convenience sampling. Results The survey showed that medical stu-dents general self-efficacy:the total score of clinical medical students general self-efficacy(25.28 ±5.30), lower than the in-ternational norm of adult general self-efficacy(29.46±5.33), there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05);clinical medical students general self-efficacy and self directed learning survey:learning efficiency and the love of learning, active learning, independent learning and creative learning, learning motivation and other variables for statistical analysis, only independent learning index differences in P=0.520〉0.05, there were statistically significant differences in the rest (P〈0.05). Conclusion To improve the general self-efficacy of clinical medical students, and to improve the ability of self direct-ed learning, in order to lay the foundation for the development of students&#39; lifelong learning ability.
