摘要
目的探讨低管电压与低碘量在肺动脉CT血管成像(CTPA)中的图像质量、辐射剂量。方法前瞻性将临床疑似肺动脉栓塞(PAE)患者90例,随机分为A、B、C 3组行CTPA检查(n=30)。结果 A、B、C 3组在肺动脉主干、左、右肺动脉及亚段肺动脉测得的平均CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论管电压80 k Vp、对比剂30 m L(碘浓度270mg I/m L)、注射速率3 m L/s在肺动脉CTA中的应用是可行的,图像质量既满足诊断,又降低辐射剂量和碘量。
Objective To study the image quality and radiation dose of low tube voltage combined with low iodine content in the pulmonary artery CT angiography. Methods 90 cases of patients suspected with the pulmonary artery obstruction in clinic were prospectively and randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases in each, and the group A, group B and group C were given the CTPA examination. Results The difference in the CT mean value of main pulmonary artery, left and right pulmonary artery and sub-segmental pulmonary artery between the three groups had statistical significance, P〉0.05. Con-clusion The application of 80kVp tube voltage, 30ml contrast-medium (270mgI/ml iodine concentration) and 3ml/s injection rate in the pulmonary artery CT angiography is feasible, and the image quality can not only satisfy the diagnosis but also re-duce the radiation dose and iodine dose.
