护理风险管理措施在腹腔镜手术中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management Measures in the Laparoscopic Operation

目的探讨护理风险管理措施在腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月—2016年1月于该院行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者80例,以随机数字表将其均分为研究组与对照组例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上实施护理风险管理措施。结果研究组护理风险事件的发生率为5.00%,低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术中出血量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理风险管理措施在腹腔镜手术中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效降低护理风险事件的发生率,缩短手术时间,适于临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing risk management measures in the laparoscopic operation. Methods 80 cases of patients treated with the laparoscopic operation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the research group adopted the nursing risk management measures on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence rate of nursing risk events in the research group was lower than that in the control group, （5.00%vs 20.00%）, P〈0.05, the opera-tion time in the research group was lower than that in the control group, P〈0.05; and the difference in the intraoperative blooding amount between the two groups had no statistical significance, P〉0.05. Conclusion The application effect of nurs-ing risk management measures in the laparoscopic operation is obvious, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk events and shorten the operation time, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
