中医适宜技术在社区“居家养老”中应用效果初探

Preliminary Study on the Application Effect of Proper Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Community “Home-based Care for the Aged”

目的探究中医适宜技术在社区"居家养老"中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月该辖区内的200例患有老年原发性高血压常驻老年人,随机分为两组,对照组应用传统"居家养老"模式,观察组在此基础之上应用中医适宜技术。观察两组的满意度和临床效果。结果观察组对于中医适宜技术的满意度98.00%明显高于对照组90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组收缩压为(143±17)mmHg,舒张压为(83±20)mmHg,对照组收缩压为(158±20)mmHg,舒张压为(100±15)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医适宜技术在社区"居家养老"中取得了一定效果,在老年原发性高血压的养护工作中效果显著。

Objective To study the application effect of proper technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the community“home-based care for the aged”. Methods 200 cases of senile residents with primary hypertension in the region from Jan-uary 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the traditional“home-based care for the aged” model, while the observation group adopted the proper technology of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, and the satisfactory degree and clinical effect of the two groups were observed. Results The satisfactory degree to the proper technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group was obvi-ously higher than that in the control group（98.00%vs 90.00%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）; the differences in the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between the observation group and the control group had statisti-cal significance[（143±17） mmHg, （83±20） mmHg vs （158±20） mmHg, （100±15） mmHg]（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The proper technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the community “home-based care for the aged” obtains a certain effect, and the effect of it in the maintenance work of senile primary hypertension is obvious.
