武汉市商业养老探析

Discussing about city's commercial providing for the aged in Wuhan

养老事业是中国目前及未来的一项重要事业,它既关乎老年人晚年的生活质量,又关乎解决在职者照顾父母的后顾之忧,还涉及在职者对自己未来养老的选择与期盼。家庭养老与社区养老目前在养老体系中占比较大的成分,但商业养老将是未来不可或缺的一种养老类型。本文以武汉市为例,探讨了商业养老中涉及的各个主体、主体的职能及其相互关系。养老事业要做实做强,必须协调好各个主体之间的关系。

Providing for the aged in China is a great business now and in the future,which relates to the quality of elder＇s life and solution of taking care of the parents for the people-in-work,also relates to the choice of the people-in-work future providing-for-the-aged expectation. Providing-for-the-aged in home and in community are currently larger proportion,but commercial providing-for-the-aged will be indispensable in the future. The article discusses all kinds of people including local government、providing-for-the-aged enterprises,hospitals,elders and tenders,their fuctions and their ralationship involved in providing-for-the-aged business. If we want providing-for-theaged business to become solider and stronger,we have to coordinate the ralationship among above every subjects.
