新媒体环境下大学生志愿服务管理的现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of University Students Volunteer Service Management under the New Media Environment

新媒体具有开放性、交互性、虚拟性等特征。新媒体的普及,为大学生志愿服务管理提供了数据管理便利、服务宣传双向渠道、精神传递平台的机遇。但同时也让大学生志愿服务管理面临高校共青团的角色定位与功能转变的滞后、大学生志愿服务安全隐患凸显、志愿精神的思想政治教育功能受到冲击等困境。为此,本文提出做好高校青年团的服务、教育多元角色定位、多管齐下,做好大学生志愿服务安全防范工作、创新志愿精神传递方式,增强志愿精神教育实效等对策,做好新媒体环境下的大学生志愿服务管理工作。

The characteristics of the new media are open, interactive and virtual. The popularity of new media for University Students Volunteer Service Manager provides a convenient data management, two-way channel to promote its services and mental transfer platform. But the new media makes students volunteer management facing multiple difficulties, such as the lag of the Role of the Communist Youth League, the obviousness of security risks of college students5 volunteer service, and the attack of the ideological and political education function of Volunteerism. Therefore, this paper tries to provide some ways to improve the university students,volunteer management, including clearing Youth League5 multi roles of service and education, strengthening safety education of college students5 volunteer service, innovating the transfer mode of volunteerism and enhancing the educational effects of volunteerism and so on.
