Discussion on the design of northern efficient self-service kiosk

从选址、标识、操作环境、夏季热环境舒适度等方面,对北方某高校的自助银亭进行了调查研究,针对自助银亭在设计中的不足之处,提出了相应的改良建议,从而提高银行的服务品质。

From the location, identity, operation environment, thermal environment comfort in summer and other aspects, this paper investigated a northern efficient self-service kiosk, according to the shortage of self-service kiosk in design, put forward corresponding improvement sugges-tions, so as to improve the service quality of banks.
