Based on the investigation of the status of Liming garbage disposal plant, the paper analyzes the main ecological environment problems in the governance of the garbage disposal plants, and combined with the successful case of domestic and foreign garbage disposal plant landscapereconstruction, points out the governance idea for the planning by converting the decays into magic with the self-reconstructing capacity of the environment and the governance measures to improve the sites and surrounding environment.
