摘要
基于德尔菲法,通过文献查阅与问卷调研的方式,对某办公楼工程项目代建单位绩效评价指标进行了研究,指出"组织基本建设程序与工作流程"和"工程资料管理"两个指标不适用于该办公楼项目的代建单位绩效评价。
Based on Delphi method, through literature survey and questionnaire method, the paper studies the performance evaluation index of the construction-agent unit of the construction engineering project, and finally points out that ：＂ organizing basic construction program and working procedures＂ and ^engineering data managementis not suitable for the construction-agent unit performance evaluation of the office building project.
