摘要
介绍了BIM技术的特点,从效果展示、快速算量、虚拟施工、安全监控等方面,阐述了BIM技术在建筑工程设计、施工中的应用,并分析了BIM技术的发展前景,指出利用BIM技术有助于实现建筑施工成本低、效率高、质量好的目标。
This paper introduced the characteristics of BIM technology, from the results show, fast calculation, virtual construction, security mo-nitoring and other aspects, elaborated the application of BIM technology in building engineering design, construction, and analyzed the develop-ment prospect of BIM technology, pointed out that using BIM technology could help to realize the target of low construction cost, high efficiency, good quality.
