摘要
为提高民用航空发动机的可靠性,保证民用航空飞行安全,利用QAR记录的发动机重要性能参数数据作为支撑,同时结合灰靶技术和熵权理论建立航空发动机整机性能评估模型。该模型以发动机重要性能参数为评估指标,以灰靶技术确立评估数学模型,并通过熵权理论改进靶心度算法,以求取各比较序列对参考序列的灰熵靶心度。最后,根据靶心度与发动机性能等级对应关系,对发动机整机性能进行综合评估,以帮助工程师视情做出维修决策,从而提高飞机安全性。
In order to improve the reliability of civil aero-engine to ensure the flight safety of civil aviation flight,the important performance parameters data was used which QAR recording as a support for the engine. At the same time,combining the technology of grey target and entropy weight theory to set up the model of aero-engine performance evaluation. The model rely on grey target technology to establish mathematical model of evaluating method,and put the important performance parameters of the engine as the evaluation indicators. Then,entropy theory was used to improve the algorithm of approaching degree,to gain the grey entropy approaching degree of comparing sequence in reference sequence. Finally,according to the corresponding relationship between approaching degree and engine performance level,it assesses the overall engine performance comprehensively,and to help engineers' to make maintenance decision,thereby increasing the safety of the aircraft.
