高等院校体育教育专业人才培养目标定位研究

Study on the Cultivation Objective Orientation of Part of Our Physical Education Professionals

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法对全国高校30余份体育教育本科培养方案,有关体育人才培养目标定位进行研究分析,从中发现存在问题,通过对比分析为我国普通高校体育教育专业的人才培养目标提出了改革对策和建议.研究结果:体育院校体育专业人才培养应朝着"高级专门人才"趋势发展,这与体育院校办学高层次是吻合的.建设性的提出了"专门化复合体育人才"是一种能够满足社会需求培养方向.一般本科院校的体育人才培养目标应定位在"专门化复合体育人才"这个方向并对专门化复合体育人才培养进行了阐述.提出培养途径与措施.

In this paper ,using the method of literature ,logical analysis method to cultivate the Na‐tional University for more than 30 copies of P .E ,Makes analysis on the target of training of sports tal‐ents ,find the problems ,for college physical education professionals training in China put forward coun‐termeasures and advices goal ,eventually develop to provide reference to meet the specialized sports tal‐ents for the society of social demand .Results ：the talents of sports college sports professional training should be toward“talents”trend of development ,this school and sports college high level is consistent .College of physical education undergraduate course colleges and universities sports education professional training objec‐tives should be defined in the“special compound talents of physical education”.The special compound type tal‐ents are outlined .Puts forward some paths and measures for specialized compound type talents .
