粗纤维对奶牛的营养作用及寡糖对其酶解诱导调控

摘要 本文综述了纤维素的结构与组成,粗纤维在奶牛瘤胃中的降解及其对乳品质影响,寡糖对奶牛瘤胃纤维降解酶合成诱导与调控,并对奶牛瘤胃纤维降解调控进行了展望。 This paper summarized cellulose structure and composition, degradation of forage fiber in dairy cow rumen and its influence on the quality of milk, regulation effect of oligosaccharides on rumen cellulolytic enzyme synthesis,and regulation of ruminal fiber degradation were prospected.
