氧化鱼油对草鱼幼鱼背肌、全鱼及肝胰脏营养成分的影响 被引量:2

Effects of oxidized fish oil on nutrients composition in back muscle,whole body and hepatopancreas of Juvenile grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同程度氧化鱼油对草鱼幼鱼背肌、全鱼及肝胰脏营养成分的影响。选取初始体质量为(30.27±2.68)g的草鱼幼鱼204尾,分成4组(每组3个重复,每个重复17尾),在其饲料中添加不同氧化程度的鱼油,第1组为对照组(新鲜鱼油,过氧化值为9.07 meq O_2/kg),其余3组为氧化鱼油组1、组2和组3(49.72、144.64、345.45meq O_2/kg),养殖时间为58 d,测定其背肌、全鱼及肝胰脏的水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及灰分的含量。结果表明:在本试验条件下,与对照组相比,345.45 meq O_2/kg氧化鱼油添加组草鱼幼鱼背肌、全鱼及肝胰脏的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及灰分含量均显著降低(P<0.05),其中背肌粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及灰分含量分别降低了6.55%、11.62%和12.14%,全鱼中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及灰分含量分别降低了6.92%、6.79%和13.60%,同时肝胰脏中的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及灰分含量分别降低了8.08%、14.11%和3.52%。试验显示,氧化的鱼油能显著降低草鱼幼鱼背肌、全鱼及肝胰脏的营养成分含量。 The effects of different levels of oxidized fish oil on nutrients composition in back muscle ,whole body and hepatopancreas of juvenile grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) were studied. A total of 204 healthy juvenile grass carp with an average initial body weight(30.27±2.68)g were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 3 replicates of 17 each,by feeding the dietaries of different levels of oxidized fish oil for 58 d.The first group was the control group(fresh fish oil,per-oxide value was 9.07 meq O2/kg),the remaining three groups was oxidized fish oil group,oxidized fish oil group 1(49.72 meq O2/kg),oxidized fish oilgroup 2(144.64 meq O2/kg),oxidized fish oil group 3(345.45 meq O2/kg).Nutrients composi-tion in back muscle,whole body and hepatopancreas of juvenile grass carp were measured.The results showed that,com-pared with the control group,oxidized fish oil group 3(345.45 meq O2/kg)significantly reduced the levels of crude protein, crude lipid and ash in back muscle,whole body and hepatopancreas of juvenile grass carp(P〈0.05),in which crude pro-tein,crude lipid and ash in back muscle were decreased by 6.55%,11.62% and 12.14%,that in whole body were de-creased by 6.92%,6.79% and 13.60%,and which of hepatopancreas were decreased by 8.08%,14.11% and 3.52%.In conclusion,oxidized fish oil reduced the nutrients composition in back muscle,whole body and hepatopancreas of juvenile grass carp.
