张闻天等对于鲁艺新教育方针的制定,是鲁艺走向正规化和专门化的前提与关键,但是,鲁艺正规化与专门化的真正实施是在周扬手中进行与完成的。周扬对于鲁艺实行的正规化措施在第四、第五届学生的教育计划中开始体现。真正使鲁艺的正规化与专门化工作做出实绩的,应该归功于以周立波为代表的鲁迅艺术文学院的文学、戏剧、音乐及美术教员们。
