基于遗传算法的矿用液压正铲挖掘机优化设计

摘要 以液压正铲挖掘机的工作装置为研究对象,通过D-H法对挖掘机工作装置进行分析建模,对斗容为36 m^3某型号正铲挖掘机正铲工作装置进行优化设计,详细论述了目标函数的确定、设计变量的确定和约束条件的确定方法,得到了优化后正铲挖掘机的位置解以及铲斗轨迹、挖掘包络图和平铲过程中角度和平铲距离的对比图像,并对其进行了分析和比较,验证了优化设计的合理性。 Hydraulic face-shovel excavator of work unit was based on as the research object. Through the D-H method,modeling analysis of excavator working device was carried out,and the bucket volume of 36 m^3 of a type of face-shovel working device was optimized in design. The determination of the objective function was described in detail,as well as the determination of design variables and constraints. It was gotten the optimized shovel and the location of the solution trajectory,digging bucket envelope and angle in the process of peaceful shovel and distance of peaceful peace from the contrast of the image. It was carried on the analysis and comparison,and proved of the rationality of optimum design.
