摘要 以某国产液压减振器为研究对象,通过分析其结构以及工作原理,建立减振器AMESim一维仿真模型,仿真得到其不同速度下的阻尼特性曲线,并与试验结果进行对比,仿真结果与试验结果能够较好地吻合,表明用AMESim所建立的一维仿真模型真实可靠,满足工程实践的要求;最后,基于该仿真模型研究常通孔节流面积、复原孔节流面积、阀片刚度、开阀压力和活塞缝隙等几个关键设计参数对减振器动态特性的影响情况,仿真模型能够指导实际工程设计以及相关的性能预测。 A certain domestic made hydraulic shock absorber was taken to study as an object. An one dimensional(1D) simulation model was built by using the software-AMESim based on analysis of the structure and working principle. Simulated damping characteristic curve of different speeds,and the simulation results and experimental ones were compared,and they were well in consistency. It was shown that the use of AMESim software to build the 1D model of hydraulic shock absorber was correct and reliable,which satisfied the needs in practical engineering. In the last,the affection on the dynamic characteristics of the shock absorber caused by liquid-filled piping area,recovery hole throttle area,valve plate stiffness,valve opening pressure and piston aperture is studied in the simulation model,and the simulation model can be used to guide the practical engineering design and related performance prediction.
