摘要
液压压砖机在充、排液过程中容易混入或析出气体,使得油液性能下降。因此利用Fluent对某型号液压压砖机充、排液过程进行流体仿真,获得其充、排液过程的压力场以及速度场,改善压砖机结构与参数,从而有效地抑制气体的混入与析出,提高了压砖机的性能。
It is easy for air to mixed or separate in the liquid charge and discharge process of the hydraulic press of brick,and then the performance of the hydraulic fluid is degraded. So,the velocity field and pressure field were acquired by using the Fluent to simulate the liquid charge and discharge process of one type of hydraulic press of brick. After that,mixed or separate of air is effectively depressed which improves the performance of hydraulic press of brick through optimizing the structure according to the simulation result.
