不同负荷游泳运动对大鼠睾丸组织形态结构及炎症因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为了了解不同负荷游泳运动对大鼠睾丸组织形态结构与炎症因子IL-6和TNF-α的关系,为预防大负荷运动对生殖机能影响提供理论参考。方法:5周龄雄性SD大鼠28只随机分为3组,对照组(C,n=8)、60min运动组(CE,n=10)、120min运动组(LE,n=10)。运动组分别进行60min、120min不同负荷的游泳运动,每周运动6天,共10周。10周后测定大鼠体重、睾丸系数、睾周脂重;腹主动脉取血测定血清T、IL-6、TNF-α水平;观察睾丸组织形态结构及检测精子畸形率。结果:1)与C组相比CE组大鼠体重、睾丸系数具有极显著性差异;与C组相比LE组大鼠血清T、体重具有极显著性差异,睾丸系数具有显著性差异;与CE组相比LE组大鼠血清T具有显著性变化。2)C组睾丸生精小管发育基本正常,生精细胞排列极为紧密,CE组睾丸与C组相比生精小管、生精细胞、精子等的排列则较为松散,LE组较CE组则更甚;对照组细胞大胞浆丰富,CE组较对照组细胞较少,LE组更少。3)与C组相比LE组大鼠精子畸形率具有极显著差异,与CE组相比LE组具有极显著差异。结论:长时间大负荷运动可能引起体内TNF-α、IL-6、T水平变化,使精子畸形率大幅度上升,引起睾丸组织形态结构的变化,使机体出现炎症反应,影响男性生殖机能,但适宜负荷则会大大改善。 Objective: In order to understand the different load swimming exercise on shape and structure of testicular tissue of rats witli the relationship of inflammatory factors IL - 6 and TNF - α , and provide theoretical reference to prevent large load exercise on reproductive function. Methods: Twenty-eight 5 - week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, control group ( C , n =8 ), 60min sport group(CE,n = 10),120min sport group(LE, n = 10). Sport groups respectively proceed different load swimming exercise of 60 min and 20 min for 10 weeks, each week exercise 6 days. After 10 weeks the rats ’weight, coefficient of testis, week of testosterone fat were measured. Abdominal aorta draw blood in determination of blood serum T,IL - 6 ,TNF - α level. To observe the tes-ticular tissue morphology and sperm deformity rate. Re-sults :1 ) Compared with group C CE group rat bodyweight, coefficient of testis has extremely significant diference; Compared with group C LE group rats serum T, weight have extremely significant diference, testicular co-efficient has a significant difference; Compared with CE LE group rats serum T have significant difference. 2 ) C group of testicular seminiferous tubule development basic normal, bom sperm cells arranged very closely, CE group compared witii group C seminiferous tubule, gave birtii to the arrangement of sperm cells, sperm is relatively loose, LE than CE group is even more extreme. The control group cells big rch in cytoplasm, CE group less than control group in cell LE less. 3 ) Compared witii group C LEgroup of rat sperm deformity rate has extremely significant difference, compared with theCELEgroup has extremely significant difference. Conclusions Large load movement may cause the body for a long time the TNF - α , IL - 6, T level change, make the sperm malformation rate jumped sharply, cause the testicular tissuemorphology change, make the body appear inflammation, afect tlie male repro-ductive function, but appropriate load will be greatly im-proved.
