社会和学校合理举办全民健身活动的策略研究

随着全民健身的开展,和人们生活水平的提高,对体育设施的需求越来越高,然而目前的体育设施供给方面却存在严重不足。这严重制约我国体育运动的开展。在我国体育运动开展的过程中,学校体育和社会体育是推动我国体育运动开展的重要组成部分,然而,目前二者在现实实施过程中却存在着诸多矛盾,其中,最为突出和急需解决的矛盾是学校体育设施"闲置"与社会健身资源"不足"的矛盾,所以,为进一步探索社会和学校合理举办全民健身活动的机制,分析社会和学校合理举办全民健身活动的必要性和存在的障碍,从目标机制、执行机制、调控机制和保障机制入手对在市场机制下社会和学校合理举办全民健身活动进行了研究,将对促进学校体育发展、全民健身活动开展提供积极帮助。对我国的体育运动开展提供一些可借鉴的意见和建议。

With fitness carrying out and people 's living standards improving,people need more and more sports facilities. But there is a serious shortage of supply. It severely restricts our country to carry out sports. In the process of Chinese sports carried out,school sports and social sports are an important part to promote Chinese sports carried out. However,there are many contradictions in this process. Among the contradictions,the one that most prominently and urgently need to be resolved is the school sports facilities ' idle' and fitness resources ' deficient'. Therefore,in order to further explore the mechanism that social and school organizing fitness activities reasonable,in this paper,under the market mechanism,we analyze the necessity and obstacles of society and schools organizing reasonable fitness activities from the target mechanism,enforcement mechanism,regulation and safeguard mechanism to start the rational and organized community under the market mechanism fitness activities studied. It will promote the development of school sports and fitness activities,and give comments and suggestions for China to carry out sports.
