江苏省十二五期间体育产业发展引导资金分布的研究

通过多方面收集资料,对“十二五”期间（2011年-2015年）江苏省体育产业发展引导资金的总额、立项数、资助项目种类及金额进行了列表分析,通过对五年期间引导项目数量、类别的对比,得出引导资金总额逐年增加;引导资金扶持项目数量和类别呈现增长的趋势;扶持项目类别的侧重点有所变化,体育健身休闲与场馆服务等关系到全民健身的行业受到重点扶持,体育旅游、体育培训、职业体育等服务性质的行业扶持力度逐渐加大.结合江苏省体育产业发展现状对引导资金分布的合理性进行分析,认为在新周期内引导资金的实施在保证全民健身公共体育设施继续发展的基础上,将扶持中心逐渐向具有服务性质的体育产业靠拢,促进体育服务行业的快速发展,改变江苏省体育用品业占主导地位的格局,从而实现体育产业的整体飞速发展.

We believe that in the new period, the implementation of the guidance funds on the basis of ensuring the fitnes of public sports facilities, will gradually move the support center to the service physical industry, Promote the rapid development of sports services industry, changes in Jiangu Province sports industry dom-inant patern, in order to achive the overall rapid devel- opment of the sports industry
