摘要
填料在纸张Z向分布的表征方法研究对于优化纸页结构,提升纸品性能方面具有重要意义.采用分层抄造后层合的方法获得不同硅酸钙填料在纸张中的Z向分布曲线,利用Image J软件对加填纸张填料Z向分布的SEM图像进行了数字化表征与分析.结果表明,采用分层抄造方法可用于调控填料在纸张的Z向分布.利用Image J软件对填料Z向分布的SEM图像进行数字化处理后,能较好地反映出填料在纸张Z向的分布情况,该方法在研究纸张填料Z向分布与成纸性能的关系方面具有一定的借鉴意义.
Characterization of filler distribution in paper Z direction is essential to the optimization of paper structure and improvement of paper quality.Various filler distribution curves were obtained by layered handsheets filled with calcium silicate.Image J was employed to analyze SEM images of the handsheets with different filler distribution curves.Results showed that the filler distribution curves can be regulated by layered handsheets.Filler distribution in Z direction of paper can be described accurately after digitization of SEM images.The analysis method can be used to study the relationship between filler distribution and paper properties.
