多孔污泥炭吸附剂的制备及其表征 被引量:1

摘要 以城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥为原料,经过化学活化,高温碳化,氢氟酸浸泡,制备多孔污泥炭.通过实验确定了多孔污泥炭的最佳制备条件:固液比为1∶2,碳化温度为400℃,碳化时间为60min.在此实验条件下制备的多孔污泥炭的碘值为682.99mg/g.各因素对制备的多孔污泥炭的碘值影响大小顺序依次为:碳化温度>固液比>碳化时间.综合扫描电镜观察和比表面积测定的结果可以得知,氢氟酸浸泡去除了污泥碳中的灰分,制得的多孔污泥炭微孔更加丰富,比表面积为194.72m^2/g,平均孔径为4.25nm,孔容积为0.196 5cm^3/g. The porous sludge carbon(PSC)was prepared from dewatered sludge of urban sewage treatment through chemical activation,the high temperature carbonization,hydrofluoric acid soaking.It was found that the optimum preparation conditions were ascertained:the ratio of activation reagent to sludge was 2∶1,the carbonation temperature was 400 ℃ and the carbonation time was 60 min.On this condition,the iodine value of the PSC was 682.99mg/g.The effect of various factors on the iodine value of porous carbon sludge was in the order of carbonized temperaturesolid liquid ratiocarbonization time.The characterized results from SEM and surface area showed that the ash components in the sludge carbon were removed after hydrofluoric acid soaking,which made the micropore of PSC richer,and the specific surface area,average pore diameter and pore volume of PSC were 194.72m^2/g,4.25 nm and 0.196 5cm^3/g,respectively.
