摘要 制备了一种适用于气井中含有凝析油、矿化水、甲醇等极端环境的甜菜碱型泡排剂,采用FTIR光谱和1 HNMR对合成的甜菜碱泡排剂进行了结构表征.主要采用罗氏-迈尔斯的评价方法,对泡排剂的耐油、抗盐、耐甲醇性能、表面张力、半衰期等进行了室内试验评价.实验结果表明,该泡排剂不仅在250g/L矿化度下有良好的泡沫性能,携液率能达到88%,在20%凝析油以及20%甲醇含量的情况下也有优异的泡沫性能,携液率分别为81%和84%. A foam drainage agent for gas well which contains condensate oil,mineralized water and methanol was prepared in this paper.The structure of the foam drainage agent was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1 HNMR).The oil resistance,salt tolerance,methanol resistance,surface tension and half-life of the forming agent were evaluated mainly by the Ross-Miles evaluation method in laboratory.The test results shows that the foaming agent has good foam properties in water with high salinity of 250g/L and the liquid carrying rate can reach 88%.In addition,it also has good foam properties at 20% condensate oil and 20% methanol,the liquid carrying rate can reach 81% and 84%respectively.
