摘要
针对平行分度凸轮机构,以机械系统动力学为理论指导,综合考虑输入轴扭转、输出轴扭转以及凸轮与滚子之间的接触问题,建立了平行分度凸轮机构三自由度扭转动力学模型.在此基础上,结合Pro/E、ANSYS及ADAMS软件,建立了平行分度凸轮机构刚柔耦合虚拟样机,模拟实际工况并对其进行仿真分析,研究了输入转速、轴向负载、径向负载等因素对其动态性能的影响.该研究对平行分度凸轮机构的设计、加工以及安装具有指导性意义.
Aiming at parallel indexing cam mechanism,considering the influence of the twist of input shaft,the twist of output shaft,and the contact between cam and roller,established three degree of freedom torsional dynamic math model of the parallel indexing cam mechanism.The virtual prototype is set up according to the math model by Pro/E,ADAMS and ANSYS,and then the influence of different factors such as input rotational speed、axial loads and radial loads on the dynamic performance of the cam mechanism is studied through simulation of the actual condition and analysis the model.This theory has important meaning to direct the design,the machining and the installation of cam mechanism.
