摘要
J型铺设是适用于深水管道铺设的重要方法。塔架作为J型铺设系统的关键部位,其结构性能尤为重要。本文通过建立塔架的三维力学分析模型,研究在复杂海况下J型铺设系统塔架的动态响应。通过搭建深水J型铺管系统模型试验台,对J型铺设系统进行模型实验研究,研究塔架的应力分布情况,对比数值模拟的结果。研究结果表明,波向角在0°-90°变化时,波向角越大,塔架的应力、应变越大,最大应力出现在底部桁架过渡位置。
J type laying is an important method for deepwater pipeline laying. As the key parts of J type tower laying system, its structural performance is particularly important. The tower is set up three-dimensional mechanical analysis model research in complex sea conditions J type dynamic response of tower laying system. By building a deepwater J-type pipelaying system model test bench, the J type laying system experiments were carried out to study the model, the tower is studied the stress distribution, comparison of the numerical simulation results. The results show that the wave angle at 0 degree to 90 degree change, wave direction angle is bigger, tower should stress and strain is bigger, the maximum stress appears at the bottom of the truss transition location.
