可视化模拟注塑教学机的研制

摘要 阐述教学用模拟注塑教学机的研制。该学习机以通用卧式注塑机为原型,在保证各项主要操作步骤的前提下,对注塑机整体结构进行优化设计。教学机具有结构简单、体积小、操作方便等特点,可实现一机多功能的效果,在教学过程中更加经济实用。本文主要介绍教学机的研究思路及成果。 This paper describes the development of a simulation injection molding machine for teaching. The learning machine is based on the common horizontal injection molding machine, and the overall structure of the injection molding machine is optimized in the premise of ensuring the main operation steps. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, convenient operation, etc. the utility model can achieve the effect of one machine with multiple functions, and the utility model is more economical and practical in the teaching process. This paper mainly introduces the research ideas and results of the teaching machine.
