摘要 光固化成型工艺是3D打印技术中的一种主流工艺,其中产品的支撑结构设计至关重要。3D打印软件Magics、Meshmixer为光固化成型工艺提供了片式、树状等支撑结构。通过复杂造型产品的光固化3D打印成型的支撑结构设计实践,结合实际3D打印样件案例比较片式、树状支撑的技术特点,提出复杂造型产品3D打印工艺中的支撑选择原则。 The light curing process is one of the main technologies in the 3D printing technology, and the design of the supporting structure is very important. 3D printing software Meshmixer, Magics for the light curing molding process provides a chip, tree and other support structure. Through the supporting structure design for complex shape product of stereolithography 3D printing forming practice, combined with the actual 3D printing sample case chip, dendriform support technical characteristics comparison, proposed in complex product modeling 3D printing technology support selection principle.
