摘要
本文以Pro/E软件为基础,分别建立渐开线齿轮和标准双圆弧齿轮的三维接触模型,进行ANSYS接触分析。通过比较等效应力分布云图,分析两种齿轮的优缺点和主要应用。结果表明,在制造成本及制造工艺方面渐开线齿轮具有优势,在齿轮泵方面应用较广;在接触强度和承载能力方面渐开线齿轮不及双圆弧齿轮,双圆弧具有广阔应用前景。本文为齿轮的研究,特别是标准双圆弧齿轮的研究提供借鉴。
The 3D contact model of involute gear and standard double-arc gear is established by using the software Pro/E,and ANSYS analysis.Comparing the images of the equivalent stress contour,the advantages,disadvantages and the main application of the two gears will be known.In terms of manufacturing costs and manufacturing process the involute gear is widely used.In terms of contact strength and carrying capacity the double-arc gear has a broad prospect.This article for the research of gear,especially for double-arc gear`s research provides useful references.
