摘要
采用宏观检查、光谱分析、硬度试验、金相试验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对隔离开关导电臂的断裂原因进行分析。分析结果认为,该导电臂采用的2系列铝合金耐蚀性差,长期受腐蚀剥层,使构件强度降低而发生断裂。
The fracture causes of the conducting arm of the isolation switch were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, spectrum analysis, hardness test, metallographic test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The analysis results show that the corrosion resistance of the 2 series aluminum alloy is poor, and the strength of the component is broken because of the corrosion layer.
