摘要
研究对象是一台数控系统基本报废、机械系统尚处于可用状态的旧数控铣床,目的是将其改造成为一台功能比较完善、操作简单、精度、效率和自动化程度得到较大提升的实用型机床,并能更好地适应新工艺、新技术,进而探索出一条旧数控铣床改造的新路。
The research object is a CNC system basically scrapped, mechanical system is still in the old NC milling machine available to transform it into a more perfect function, simple operation, precision, efficiency and automation degree has been greatly improved the practical machine tool, and can better adapt to the new technology, new technology, and explore a new way of an old CNC milling machine transformation.
