捣固架横移系统主要保证在捣固作业时,捣固装置的中心线与钢轨中心线保持一致,使得捣镐捣固时与钢轨保持一定的安全距离,从而确保作业时钢轨的安全。在捣固车作业过程中,有时横移装置会发生故障,不能正常工作。本文将根据故障现象,分析故障的位置,以期为大机检修人员尽快排除故障提供参考。

The main role of tamping transverse system is to keep consistent of the center line of tamping device and the steel rail when temping, which makes a safe distance of tamping tines and steel rails to ensure the safety of the rails in operation. The transverse devices sometimes failures during tamping work of the rammed car, which makes the system could not work properly. The paper analyses the fault phenomenon and location, provide reference for the maintainer to make troubleshooting quickly.
