摘要
孔加工方法通常比较复杂,需要考虑零件结构特点、孔径大小、长径比、精度和粗糙度要求以及生产规模等各种因素,对于精度要求较高的孔往往还要采用几种不同的方法顺次进行加工。铣刨机工作装置罩壳总成镗孔时,为保证孔的精度和表面质量,经过粗镗、半精镗和精镗等多道工序加工。本文探讨铣刨机工作装置罩壳镗孔工艺,以消除焊接后产生的变形和残余应力,减小对零件加工尺寸精度的影响。
The hole processing method is more complicated, the need to consider the structural characteristics of parts, pore size, aspect ratio, accuracy and surface roughness requirements and production scale and other factors, the accuracy requirement high hole often must use several different methods for processing. Milling machine working device casing assembly bore, in order to ensure the accuracy and the surface quality of the hole, through rough boring, semi fine boring and boring processed. This paper discusses casing boring process of milling machine working device, in order to eliminate the deformation and welding residual stress generated to reduce the effect on machining dimension accuracy.
