摘要
通过对平均等待备件时间和备件需求率之间的函数关系分析,得出平均等待备件时间的计算公式。在认真分析实际情况的基础上,建立以备件生产加工能力为约束条件,最小平均等待备件时间为优化目标的数学模型,并给出了模型的求解策略。
Based on the analysis of the functional relationship between the average waiting time and the demand rate of spare parts, the formula for calculating the average waiting time of spare parts is obtained. On the basis of careful analysis of the actual situation, the mathematical model of the spare parts production and processing capacity as the constraint condition, the minimum average waiting time for spare parts is established, and the solving strategy of the model is given.
