攀枝花市农村震害防御能力状况分析

Analysis on the Prevention Capacity of Seismic Hazard in Rural Areas of Panzhihua

在我国当地震发生时,农村地区往往遭受的破坏与损失较大,房屋倒塌、人员伤亡的比例远远高于城市,这与农村民居的修建结构和质量紧密相关,也和村民的防震减灾意识紧密相关。为了解攀枝花市农村房屋震害防御能力,对攀枝花市农村民居抗震设防情况进行了全面调查,分析了攀枝花市农村民居的抗震能力现状;了解了防震减灾知识在农村的普及程度。得出结论是,攀枝花市农村目前抵御地震灾害能力依然低下,提出了提高攀枝花市农村震害防御能力的建议。

In our country,when earthquake occurs,rural areas usually are subject to greater losses and damages, such as collapse of the housing,the proportion of casualties is much higher than that of cities,this is closely re-lated to the construction and quality of rural houses,it is also closely related to the villagers＂awareness of earth-quake prevention and disaster reduction. In order to understand the damage prevention ability of the rural houses in our city, this paper gives a comprehensive survey to the seismic fortification of the rural houses in our city, it analyzes the present situation of the seismic capacity of rural houses in our city, collects data regarding the de-gree of disseminating earthquake prevention and disaster reduction knowledge in rural areas. It comes to the conclusion that the ability to resist seismic hazard is still insufficient at present and puts forward the suggestion in improving the ability of seismic hazard prevention in our city.
