应用型高等教育培养目标与人才定位的研究——以电子信息工程为例

Study on the Training Objectives and Talents Positioning of Application-oriented Higher Education——Taking Electronic Information Engineering as a Case in Point

本文针对目前大众化高等教育的教育对象、教育目标、教育结构等方面存在的问题,以电子信息工程为例,对应用型高教育培养目标中的人才基本要求和人才培养规格等进行了讨论,阐述了培养目标、培养类型、培养层次、培养服务对象等人才定位标准。同时为了实现应用型高等教育培养目标,也相应地提出了人才培养方案的调整思路,从而体现了应用型本科教育的目标定位和办学特色应该重在"应用"。

This paper deals with the existing problems regarding education objects,goals and structure of higher ed-ucational takes electronic information engineering as an example,discusses the basic requirements of application -oriented higher education training target and the talents specification, expounds the train in g objectives, levels, types,service object and other talents positioning standards,which embodies that the “appl ication - oriented” un-dergraduate education should focus on appl ication and the formation of university characteristics derived from ap-plication.
