通过对成都学院实验教辅人员的现状分析,以及对实验教辅人员管理的突出问题阐述,借助信息科学与工程学院试行的实验教辅人员分类管理模式,总结了实验教辅人员分类管理的措施,希望能给相关高校和部门提供参考和借鉴。

This paper analyzes the current state of the experiment teaching staff of Chengdu University and the key issues of the management of these people. On the basis of the experiment teaching staff sort management model, summarizes the concrete measures of experiment teaching staff sort management, in the hope that this pa-per can give some references to the related universit ies and departments.
