企业学院及其协同育人研究综述

Research Review on Enterprise Colleges & Their Cooperation in Talents' Cultivation

企业学院及其校企协同育人,越来越多地吸引着全社会的目光。企业学院,是校企深度合作与协同育人的有效范式之一。目前学界对企业学院的研究主要集中在企业学院的内涵界定、功用意义、办学主体、关键要素、育人实践、发展方向等方面。站在"十三五"全新的起点上,校企还需合力助推企业学院协同育人在各专业(群)层面的落细落微落实,还需持续创新"政府主导、行业指导、企业参与、学校主体"的校企合作思路,尤其是合作企业更深入参与人才培养全过程。

Enterprise colleges and the effective ＆ efficient cooperation in talents＇ cultivation have been attracting the eye ball from the whole society .Among all the means is the very enterprise college.All the research related up to now falls on its definition,function,variety of students,key factors,practice of talents＇ cultivation ＆ future devel- opment.For further ＆ better development,both colleges and enterprises are supposed to make greater efforts to deepen the reforms of major clusters,to enhance the leading role of the government ＆ the direction of industry. Above all,our cooperative enterprises should be more active in participating in the whole process of talents＇ cultivation,which has turned out to be efficient ＆ effective.
